Rocketman Productions delivers an out-of-this-world experience by connecting audiences with prominent individuals from America's space program. We arrange engagements with astronauts, prominent astronomers, authors, and other accomplished professionals on the forefront of space exploration.

We will work with you to accomplish your event goals by identifying your particular needs, helping you select the appropriate speaker, assisting with venue selection, and handling all of your speaker's arrangements, including contracts and special requests, from start to finish.

We carefully match an appropriate speaker with your event needs and budget
We ensure that all of the speaker's arrangements fit within your timeline (coordination of travel, accommodations, transportation, etc.)
We handle all necessary contract negotiations
We negotiate any special requests
We can provide you with venue ideas if desired

Booking

When you're ready to book an event with Rocketman, there are a few details about your event that will help make our collaboration go smoothly. If possible, please let us know:

Date of your event
Type of event, i.e. sales meeting, conference, incentive trip, fundraiser, etc.
Goal of event, i.e. motivational, inspirational, educational, etc.
Length of speaker presentation and/or time spent at the event
Budget for speaker or appearance
City in which your event will take place
Approximate size of your audience
Any deadlines for submission of special event contracts

Fees & Deposit

Rocketman Productions provides access to well-known individuals in the space community. We market our speakers, and as such, our compensation is a commission-based service paid by the speaker's honorarium in an actual booking.

A speaker's fee is typically determined by the length of presentation. Our quotes reflect keynote presentations that generally last between 30 and 60 minutes. If our client requests something other than a keynote presentation, the speaker will be consulted and a reasonable fee established for the service desired. Please note that additional fees are also the responsibility of the client. Additional fees include associated materials, travel expenses such as transportation, accommodations, meals, and other incidentals incurred by the speaker in connection with the client's event.

Rocketman Productions will manage all contract negotiations and logistics associated with your speaker's arrival through departure, including travel and lodging arrangements if required, shipping of materials, etc. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit from the client at the time of booking, and require the remaining 50% at least 7 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Code of Conduct

Rocketman Productions is committed to representing our firm fairly and accurately in oral and written communications. It is our obligation to be completely fair with speakers, clients, and other bureaus in order to maintain a positive rapport. We refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, dishonest, immoral, malicious or illegal acts and avoid working for, supporting or lending our name to organizations which indulge in practices contrary to the code.
